The founder and president of River City Fence and Deck, Frederick (JR) Cruess, is a Jacksonville native, born and raised. With that, he has developed an outstanding team of young professionals, hand chosen for their diverse experience.

While being a young company, founded in 2021, both the president and staff are all extremely skilled in their craft. They all come with valuable knowledge gained from experience with other fencing employers, and are driven to improve upon the outdated methods used by older companies.
